First, there is a philosophy behind what we do. In computing, it is considered YELLING WHEN YOU TYPE EVERYTHING UPPER CASE! The short of this, whatever the style and community aspects of this maybe, it is just more difficult to read all upper case text. If one or two words are upper case, there is no problem, but a whole line becomes difficult.

Second, when you create modules, rarely will two modules be the same. The text you start with, as well as the tools you have and what you want to end up with, are all variables. You need to learn to find tools and develop your own tools. Sometimes the easiest way is to forget about shortcuts and just do it by hand. This is especially true when the quantity of text you need to have reformatted is low. There are times when just a part of text wrapped around a graphic in the original is not OCR scanning correctly, and just forget about trying to find some way to get it, type it in from looking at it, and in 30 seconds you are done, and be on with life.

It is better to use bold to titles that all uppercase.
